Fulfillment, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

How Advar delivers digital services, handles generated outputs, returns failed-generation credits, reviews refunds, and manages subscription cancellation.

Digital Delivery

Advar is delivered digitally through the Advar web application at advar.ai. No physical goods are shipped, and there are no physical returns.

After successful payment, paid account features are typically activated immediately. In some cases, activation may take up to 10 minutes due to payment processing, account provisioning, fraud review, tax calculation, third-party provider delays, or system delays.

What Advar Provides

Advar provides AI-assisted creative production software for video advertising. Customers may upload supported product materials such as images, videos, product links, PDFs, CSV files, XLSX files, brand materials, and Swipe File references. Advar uses those materials to help extract product context, develop creative angles, organize variant matrices, draft scripts, generate video ad outputs, and support review and download workflows.

Advar does not provide physical goods, ad placement, media buying, ad account management, influencer services, traffic, followers, likes, engagement, platform approval, campaign management, legal review, claims substantiation, or guaranteed advertising outcomes.

Generation And Export

Generation time depends on video length, input quality, product complexity, queue volume, system load, AI model availability, rendering capacity, provider moderation, and third-party service availability. Most generations are expected to complete within approximately 5 to 30 minutes, but this is only an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery time.

Generated video outputs are delivered in the customer's workspace for review and download. Supported export formats, aspect ratios, quality settings, duration limits, and file sizes may vary by plan, feature, model, provider, and product configuration. Advar's landing page may describe planned or current export support, including vertical 9:16, square 1:1, and landscape 16:9 formats, but availability can vary as features evolve.

You are responsible for reviewing generated outputs before publication, ad submission, distribution, or commercial use. Advar does not guarantee that outputs will be unique, error-free, brand-safe, legally compliant, platform-approved, or suitable for a particular campaign.

Credits

Credits are used to redeem Advar services and are not cash, stored value, gift cards, or monetary instruments. Credits are not transferable, have no cash value, may not be resold, and may be used only inside Advar.

Unless the Service states otherwise, 1 credit equals 1 second of delivered video, and 1 credit creates 1 brand-new custom AI character. Quality retries, compliance re-rolls, failed generations that produce no downloadable output, and auto-trimmed footage do not reduce your credit balance. If a generation fails completely and no downloadable video is produced, Advar will return the credits used or reserved for that failed generation.

Monthly credit refills are added automatically after successful subscription invoices for active subscriptions. Unused subscription credits expire 2 months after the related subscription period ends. Purchased top-up credits remain valid for 12 months from purchase. Credits expire according to the expiration date assigned when they are granted or purchased.

Cancellation, subscription expiration, or payment failure does not by itself erase, forfeit, or convert existing credits. Spending credits and buying top-up packs require an active or trialing subscription unless Advar expressly states otherwise.

Video generation may reserve credits while a job is being processed. Reserved credits are unavailable for other use while held, are treated as committed to that job, and are settled against the final delivered video length when the job completes.

Support

For support, contact support@advar.ai. We aim to respond within two business days, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays. Response times are targets, not guaranteed service levels, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

Refunds

Because Advar provides digital services and incurs processing costs when premium access, AI processing, generation, rendering, storage, or third-party services begin, fees are generally non-refundable except as described in this policy or required by law.

For first-time subscription purchases, customers may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if they have not used credits to generate video outputs and have not materially used paid generation features. Approved refunds are reviewed case by case and may be limited to the unused portion of the subscription or credits.

Unused one-time credit pack purchases may be eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase if the credits have not been used. Used credits, generated outputs, completed digital services, and delivered access to paid features are not refundable except where required by law.

Duplicate charges, billing errors, or unauthorized transactions should be reported to support@advar.ai promptly. We will review billing issues and, where appropriate, issue a refund, credit, or correction.

Refunds may be denied where an account shows substantial usage, violation of the Terms of Service, abuse of refund policies, chargeback misuse, fraudulent activity, or use of the Service for prohibited content.

Cancellations

Customers may cancel their subscription through any self-service cancellation option available in the Advar dashboard, through the Stripe customer portal if provided, or by contacting support@advar.ai.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout or in a written order, subscription cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Customers keep access to paid features until the end of the paid period if the account remains in good standing and has not been suspended or terminated for cause.

Canceling a subscription stops future subscription renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period, used credits, generated outputs, or completed digital services. Any refund request is reviewed under the Refunds section of this policy.

Canceling a subscription or having a subscription payment fail does not by itself erase existing credits. Existing credits keep their original expiration dates, but customers cannot spend credits or buy top-up packs unless paid access is restored.

After cancellation becomes effective, the account may move to limited access. Customers may no longer be able to create new products, create new matrices, upload new files, generate new videos, use AI chat, use generation features, or spend credits unless paid access is restored.

Post-Cancellation Access And Data Retention

After cancellation becomes effective, customers may retain minimal read-only access to historical assets, generated videos, matrices, and records for a limited period. Historical assets, generated videos, and matrix records may be deleted at any time after one month from the effective cancellation date.

Customers should download or export any materials they wish to keep before cancellation becomes effective or before the post-cancellation retention period ends. Advar is not responsible for preserving materials after the applicable retention period or after account termination.

Customers may delete supported assets from the product interface where deletion features are available or contact support for account deletion assistance. Certain backups, logs, billing records, tax records, fraud prevention records, security records, legal records, and dispute records may be retained where permitted or required by law.

Returns

Advar provides digital services and generated digital outputs. Digital outputs cannot be returned after delivery. If a generation fails completely and no downloadable output is produced, the applicable credit-return rule applies.

Changes

We may update this Fulfillment, Refund, and Cancellation Policy from time to time by posting an updated version and changing the effective date. The policy in effect at the time of purchase generally applies to that purchase, except where changes are required by law or are more favorable to customers.
